You can be assured that any information that we obtain and hold about you is to enable us to maintain our high level of customer service and satisfaction. Under no circumstances will any information be passed on to a third party without your permission.

This includes credit card details. This means that for every order you make it will be necessary to enter this information again. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS
ORGANIC-MAGIC can – at present - only supply goods to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
Every care has been taken with the content of this website, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT (where applicable). ORGANIC-MAGIC has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products that appear on the website.
ORDERING / PAYMENT
To place your order complete the on-line form and press the confirm button. Payments by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.
You may also order by telephone, fax or e-mail, but you will have to pay by cheque, as we are not ready yet to take credit card payments via phone. This will be rectified soon. Your order will be despatched on receipt of your cheque. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will send an invoice/receipt with the goods.
AVAILABILITY / BACK ORDERS
We will inform you as soon as possible if an item you have ordered is not in stock. We will send it on later with your next order or – if it concerns a large item – hold the parcel back.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE / CARRIAGE CHARGES
Delivery within UK Mainland with Initial Citylink:
We need your order by Monday until 7 pm to deliver the parcel by Thursday
We need your order by Friday until 7 pm to deliver the parcel by Tuesday
Carriage costs up to 5kg £ 8.50 / Carriage costs 5 - 20kg £ 10.00
Free delivery over £ 80.00
If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the delivery days, please ring us on
Friday morning for Thursday-delivery and on Wednesday morning for the Tuesday-delivery so that we can track it with Initial Citylink.

Home delivery service weekly to the following towns and surrounding villages:
Devizes / Marlborough / Melksham / Pewsey / Trowbridge / Warminster / Westbury and Salisbury Plain Area.

To take advantage of this service, please phone, fax or e-mail your order through to us.
Deliveries to
Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland will be done by Royal Mail (Standard Parcels) and will take up to 5 working days (separate carriage charges apply). Please contact us for exact prices.
DAMAGE
Check your order on receipt; if the parcel is badly damaged, please do not accept it, do not sign for it and let us know within 24 hours.
CLAIMS & RETURNS
If you find a problem with any of our products please let us know immediately. We will arrange to replace it or credit you against a future order.
